Owner contacts stay private
We never publish an owner's name, phone number, or email. Inquiries always route through HomeRent Phuket, protecting owners from cold calls, scrapers, and bypass attempts.
Neutral, rules-based ranking
Agent visibility follows public rules that are identical for everyone. No pay-to-rank, no hidden boosts. Reputation is earned through real work, not bought.
Owners stay free
No forced exclusivity. Owners can list with any other agency or platform at any time, without penalty. We earn trust by being useful, not by locking the door.
No ghost listings
Every property visible on HomeRent Phuket is real, verified, and currently available. If it stops being available, it disappears within 48 hours. No bait-and-switch, no stale photos of properties that no longer exist.
Clear, transparent commissions
Our commission structure is public and explicit, both for owners and agents. No hidden fees, no surprise deductions. You always know what we earn, and why.
